For a few years now, we’ve run a yearly Pizza Poll to vote in the best Pizzas of the Week at our Larimer Brewpub. While we’ve yet to do this for our Mount Lebanon Taproom (we need a whole year, ya know!), we’ve completed our third Larimer Brewpub Pizza Poll, expanding our Pizza Hall of Fame once more. Take a peek below at the pies (in no particular order) that are guaranteed to return to our Larimer Brewpub menu over the course of the year!
PIZZA HALL OF FAME
The Sheryl: Hot honey cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeño rings, toasted breadcrumbs, bacon/vegan bacon, strawberry drizzle. Agave based vegan cream cheese available.
The Parm: House sauce, mozzarella, breaded eggplant or chicken (vegan available for both), fresh basil, Parmesan snow.
(Another) Pickle Pizza: Ranch sauce, mozzarella, dill pickles, banana peppers, bacon or TVP bacon, garlic oil, fresh dill.
Korean Fried Chicken: Garlic oil, mozzarella, breaded chicken or vegan nuggets in gochujang sauce, pickled daikon, red cabbage slaw, scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, mayo drizzle.
Pumpkin Spice Latte Pizza (PSLP): Spiced pumpkin sauce, mozzarella, spicy sausage or tvp chorizo, sage, mascarpone, hot honey drizzle (agave available by request).
The Banh Mi: Sesame oil, mozzarella, marinated chicken or house made seitan, shredded carrot, jalapeno, pickled onion and daikon, cilantro, sriracha mayo drizzle
Poutine!: Vegan onion gravy, mozzarella, fries, cheese curds, bacon or TVP bacon, scallions.
Pierogi!: Caramelized onion mashed potatoes, mozz, sauerkraut, Farm Girl Alpine style cheese from Harvie, bacon or tvp bacon, sour cream, chives.
Blue Shroom: Rosemary olive oil, mozzarella, sausage or housemade TVP sausage, roasted mushrooms, blue cheese, hot honey drizzle.
Winter Warmer: House sauce, mozzarella, smoked cheese, spicy sausage, red onion, garlic cilantro drizzle.
Thai Chicken or Broccoli Pizza: Garlic soy oil, sweet and spicy peanut ginger sauce, mozzarella, chicken or broccoli, red bell pepper strips, carrots, scallions, cilantro, crushed peanuts.
Chicago Dog: Celery salt garlic oil, mozzarella, all beef or vegan hot dogs, sweet onion (green) relish, sport peppers, pickles, tomatoes, yellow mustard, poppy seeds.
Yinzer Salad Pizza: Ranch sauce, mozzarella & cheddar, fried chicken or vegan nuggets, french fries, lettuce, carrot, tomato, Italian dressing
Kale & Sweet Potato: Rosemary oil, mozzarella, kale, sweet potatoes, balsamic red onions, blue cheese, rosemary.
Olive My Love: Rosemary oil, mozzarella, mixed olives, roasted red peppers, beef and lamb gyro meat or tvp sausage, feta, lemon zest.
Colcannon: Vegan buttery mashed potatoes, mozzarella and cheddar, sauteed cabbage and leeks, bacon, parsley.
