19 years of Gratitude Barleywine begins on Saturday, March 8th, 2025!

Originally celebrating the first, full year of business for East End Brewing Company, our Gratitude Barleywine release day has become an annual tradition of big beer and bigger smiles.

This is an all day affair, but as always, we'll be opening an hour early in Larimer at 11am so you can be grateful before noon, while we'll be maintaining our normal hours in over in Mount Lebanon.

⭐ 19th annual Gratitude release⭐

New this year, we will be offering the base version of Gratitude as well as a Rye Barrel-Aged version, utilizing barrels from our new pals at Ponfeigh Distillery who will be joining us on-site in Larimer this year with some offerings of their own, listed in the image below 😈.

Here is a breakdown of what our Gratitude Offerings will be at each location:

LARIMER BREWPUB:

- Flight of Six: 2025 Base, 2025 Rye BA, 2024 Base, + 3 2024 Cocktail Gratitudes
- Flight of Three: 2025 Base, 2025 Rye BA, 2024 Base OR 3 Cocktail Gratitudes
- Small pours of any of the above.
- Full pours of any of the above.
- Full pours of Cask (if it happens).
- Mixed Six packs: One 12oz can of each offering in the Flight of Six.
- 2025 Mixed Four Packs: Two cans of 2025 Base and two cans of 2025 Rye BA.
- Four Packs and Cases available for each version (base, BA, cocktail).

MOUNT LEBANON TAPROOM:

- Flight of 3: 2025 Base, 2025 Rye BA, 2024 Base,
- Small pours of any of the above.
- Full pours of any of the above.
- 2025 Mixed Four Packs: Two cans of 2025 Base and two cans of 2025 Rye BA.
- Four Packs and Cases available for each version (2025 base, 2025 RBA, 2024 Base).

Lastly, another newer edition to our annual event is, of course, PIZZA!

Available in Larimer:
Blue Shroom: Rosemary olive oil, mozz, sausage or housemade TVP sausage, roasted mushrooms, blue cheese, hot honey drizzle.

Available in Mount Lebanon:
Too Gouda to be True: Caramelized onion ricotta, pizza cheese, oyster mushrooms, smoked gouda, balsamic reduction.


We've also got a lineup of local breweries generously tapping a sixtel (and maybe a select cask?) of Gratitude all around Pittsburgh, which means so much to us and fills our hearts with joy. Here’s the list of who’s tapping Gratitude on the 14th (so far):
